How long does it take for the delivery outside of Italy? How much are the shipping rates?

For all customized products:

The shipping/delivery times shown below for non-personalized products must be added to the times required for customization.

Customization is usually completed within 4/5 working days.

For all non-personalized products: orders placed through the Online Shop of Zani Del Fra' are subjected to a check which takes a maximum of 48 working hours.

Once approved, the order is prepared and shipped. The customer receives a notification email with a tracking number.

Clicking the link opens the courier's page where you can view the current delivery status.

Average order delivery times depend on the destination indicated.

1-2 working days for Italy (3/4 working days for remote areas).

3/4 working days: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, UK, Croatia.

5-8 working days: Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Hungary.

Orders may be subject to delays in shipping and delivery due to public holidays: January 1st, January 6th, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, August 15th, November 1st, December 8th, December 25th, December 26th.

Shipping is always free throughout Italy. Free shipping to other countries applies to orders over €300.

RETURNS

It is not possible to return personalized products.

Returns are possible for non-personalized products. Returns are free throughout Italy. 

This right must be exercised within 14 days of receiving the goods. Your right of withdrawal will apply exclusively to products returned in the same condition in which you received them.

No refund will be given if the product has been used beyond simple opening, or if the product is not in the same condition as when delivered, or if it has been damaged.

Please return the item using or including in the package the original packaging, instructions and other documents, if any, that accompany the products.

Once the product has been returned and we've verified that the conditions for a refund are met, we'll process it using the same methods used for the purchase within approximately 10-15 days, depending on the bank.

You will bear the risk of returning the products.
